One-to-One Parent Coaching 
 

Parent coaching gives you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore challenges and find solutions that work for your family.

  • Improving family communication and boundaries

  • Building routines and habits that make life easier

 

Available online or in person in Leicestershire. Coaching packages are flexible to fit your schedule and needs.

Parent Support Groups & Workshops

Parenting doesn’t have to be a solo journey. My group sessions bring parents together to share experiences, learn new strategies, and feel supported.

  • Parent Resilience Circles – monthly online support for busy parents

  • Workshops

  • Training for schools, community groups, and organisations to help parents understand and support their child’s mental health
